Why charge more?
Every child has their own unique needs and requirements, and all Mobile Nanny Service staff are well versed in meeting these needs. However, some children may have complex needs that require staff members to exercise a higher level of caution and/or to alter how they undertake one or more tasks for the ultimate benefit of the child. Often, to undertake these tasks, staff members must have a suitable skill set to do so, which translates into one or more staff being specifically selected for a job because of their higher level of experience and knowledge. Ultimately, this experience and knowledge translates into a higher labour cost to Mobile Nanny Service, where a suitable staff member may not otherwise be able to be found in time to undertake a job.
